What a difference it makes to be cutting with super-sharp high-quality knives. I was surprised at the weight of the chef's knife at first, but I soon got used to it. I bought a second set of these as a present for my brother.
I would not use any other than Furi Due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to replace my knives and instantly went to Furi The quality and workmanship is fantastic I have many Furi knives and there uses are too many to list here basically anything you can think of in the kitchen Thankyou Furi and kitchenwarehouse for a great quality product and great service

I่้ง๎ฝๅve been wanting new knives for a few years and had heard a lot recently about this Aussie company. These are so sharp it่้ง๎ฝๅs scary. I filleted a fish for the first time in my life and it was like cutting into butter. These are a pleasure to own and feel so comfortable in the hand. I would recommend these to my chef friends in a heartbeat.
Love the knife but havenโt tried it on a fish yet so remains to be seen how we go after a fishing trip with the grandies.
A great knife and addition to the stable, I use this for prepping food of all sorts from veges to dicing meat and cutting onions. It's a well balanced knife with a sure grip. It fits ergonomically and snugly in the hand making dicing and chopping too easy. Well worth the investment at its current price
Already had a fantastic set of Furi knives, but as I julienne a lot of vegetables I thought I'd get this one as well - why didn't I get it before! Perfect for vegetables and great weight.
