Thus magnesium is the best I have tried by far. Iam sleeping so much better having one every night a hour before bed, really relaxes my mind & body. I have found it has helped my Anxiety too, I have it far less now. Highly recommend! Someone said the tablets are to big. I just break them in half. The break quite easily.

I love this product, fast absorbing and I take it daily. I prefer the lemon flavour. I find the watermelon flavour a little unpalatable. Taken before bed it helps my legs to relax and avoid cramping.
It helps with cramps and will quickly rehydrate me after a workout.
I have been using this product for some time. I prefer it over other brands . It works.
So far my experience is great, the only issue is the taste. The taste isn’t terrible but it’s definitely not a drink I would reach for.
I have been taking Fusion Mag Advanced now for the past 6 months and it is the only product that takes my pain away, and i have less cramping in the night. I have stopped taking Panadol-Ostio because i don't need it now.
The ingredients list sounded amazing. However the smell and taste when mixed into water (or even coconut water) is far too strong to stomach. Threw out after one go sadly. The coconut overpowers the watermelon so much it smells like off coconut. However, someone else may like this taste over other flavours.
