I have been using the Fusion Stress & Anxiety Tablets for a few months now and definitely noticed a difference.I suffer from becoming overwhelmed very easily, stress and anxiety but while using these I do feel a lot calmer and am able to stop and managed my stress/anxiety or deal with being overwhelmed much easier. My partner has also said he has noticed the change.I will continue to keep using these as it's nice to use something that works and be able to mange it in a positive way.

This is a high quality herbal tablet that really helps anxiety and stress. I and my daughter have been using them for some years. I take one before i know i am going to be extra busy and therefore quite often more stressed at work. They really making a difference. They take 30-45 minutes to take effect but then i feel more chilled in a very natural way. At night when I am a bit too wound up I take a tablet and feel more relaxed after about 30-45 minutes. It helps me to drift off to sleep. At times when something stressful happens at work I can take a tablet and feel more able to cope. I highly recommend Fusion brand and especially the Stress and Anxiety.
I take 2 of these every night before closing my eyes and it’s the only way I can sleep. I have insomnia from an autonomic disorder but would work for anyone with a busy mind. I don’t really get anxiety but my mind is usually busy with work, kids and life.
It does work for me, I normally use this when I have a big day, (exam day) it helps to reduce my nervous. FYI: each individual has its own effectiveness, It might work for me but it doesn’t mean it will work for you too. The best is to try and observe for yourself if it’s working or not.
