Its likely many negative reviews are the result of improper installation and maintenance and I've included photos to explain.After 1 year suction cups have not moved. Tiles were cleaned with the rubbing alcohol wipe, but then also used some methylated spirits. The tiles must be flat and untextured. Suction cups cannot be placed over grout lines.Many reviews state that it wobbles everywhere and falls apart. The bottom of the legs must have a pointy bit that must point out towards the tiles. You must slide the clear plastic anti-slip cover to the end of the legs also. (see blue circle in photo on how to do it right). The caddy does flex a little bit, but not much. I thought this was going to be a problem because I use heavy pump dispensers and have a teenager. There has been no issue.There is a small amount of green rust in the top corner of the right hand suction cup, but its not very noticeable. I don't use any chemicals on this item. Its likely that people who use acidic substances such as cleaning vinegar would cause this item to rust. I'll continue to keep hold of the receipt and the box in case the green rust spreads to any great degree, and will just install a replacement.I don't write many positive reviews, but this product does deserve credit.

Definitely would not recommend this. It certainly does not live up to its 10 year “rust free” warranty. The one pictured is only 2 years old and it pitted and full of rust.

For the price and their guarantee I thought this would be a great product. I used it with the adhesive tiles. One suction square just would not hold and kept falling off all the time. I would vaccuum suck it back on and within half an hour it would fall off. I put it in the bin. I was tempted to buy another one but after reading the reviews I will give it a miss. So disappointing.
Bought it yesterday. Fell off twice already. Ended using screws. Know waiting for it to rust.
I bought this product a year ago ( lost receipt)It rusts so bad . I’m very disappointing.Sucking cup is very good, this product is not suitable for wet area like bathroom.
Just purchased double corner rack. Followed all instruction including cleaning with isopropyl. Lasted about 5 minutes then fell from wall chipping and damaging bath tub. Tried again and though it seems strong and can’t pull off after using pump it only lasted a few minutes and then was able to pull off ver easily. Doesn’t retain its suction power. Boxed up to return
Locks easily, firmly and securely to the wall. Excellent storage solution where drilling through tiles simply isn’t an option in a rented property. Highly recommended!
Looked ideal for our needs in the shower to hold (no problems here) our shampoo bottles etc but started to rust at the joints within a month. Rest of Shower Caddy started to rust badly so I tried to clean with stainless steel cleaner used on motor vehicles. Lasted a week and it is back to being a rusty heap of junk.Soap dish is just the same.Great idea but the stainless steel used is inferior.Don't waste your money.
Installed mine in just a couple of minutes, holds heaps of shampoo bottles and hasn't moved. I bought another one for my caravan and it hasn't moved either and we have driven 1000's of kms. Best caddy I've had yet.
