I am not happy with them because under the laces doesn’t extend; it makes very hard to get my feet in; i can’t wear them with socks my size is 10.5 and this 11 ; I have the same model from different Brand but it extends and feels comfortable; i thought it would be the same but it is not

Hello.My family and I really like PUMA products!But I was disappointed with my last orders.Order Number 00190-US64292931Date ordered: 8/7/2023I bought myself FUTURE PLAY IT Men's Soccer Cleats (Color: PUMA White-Fire Orchid, Size: 9.5, Style Number: 107382_0).These Soccer Cleats are impossible to wear.They are probably defective or a bad model.I have a small foot. You can't even put them on my feet.There are photos and videos of me trying to put shoes on them. This is impossible!They made me very upset.
