There is no pill or drops that make miracles that's just a fact. But I do know the difference when taking these and not taking these. It helps a lot with focus, if I don't take them before class I definitely noticed I'm wondering off a lot more. So far a all natural supplement it has a huge improvement compare to pharmaceutical drugs. Pharmaceutical drugs are terrible for you and I prefer a all natural remedy. That's why I have this a 5 star review because it's the best natural remedy for add or adhd. I definitely notice a big improvement. I will be purchasing again. No taste, medium size pill, great quality, dosage 2, health benefits, great quality!

Recent bone scans showed osteoporosis so I am putting together a treatmentplan to increase bone density, and am including this product after doing some research. I will be getting annual scans done to check my progress, so will be better able to review it after a year or so. But I am quite happy with it, it checksall the boxes so far.
This must be one of the best vitamin k complexes on iherb. Perfect amounts of mk4 and mk7. I would recommend 100 mcg of mk7 if taken alone, but in combination with mk4, 50 mcg is enough. It gets 1 star minus bc vitamin k1 is really unnecessary and very common in vegetables.

Good quality and clean ingredients size is normal many benefits for vitamin k but the thing is the is much better choice of the form of vitamin k like MK7
I studied different Vitamin K specialized formulas and decided on this one months and months ago. I was impressed with the well-thought-out spectrum all in one capsule, and the chosen dosages of each. It is moderate and you don't want to be extreme with Vitamin K.You can research what I am talking about.I especially wanted K2 because of all the research and known uses for our bodies.I choose to take this once a week because of my belief in moderation in this case.
