My husband and I have only been taking this product for a couple of weeks. A week ago we increased the dosage to 4 per night. Why I can't remember now, but so glad we did.Since this dosage increase we sleep far more deeply and for hours longer than before. Getting up to go to the toilet happens only once, maybe twice, per night. Then we fall straight back into a deep sleep afterward.This is such a big difference from 3 - 5 toilet visits a night and laying wide awake for ages afterward or..... waking between 1.30am and 4.30am so alert there's no point staying in bed.As a result we feel good and have so much more energy during the day now.

This vitamin K2 uses the high quality MK-7 form at 100 mcg dosage. I use it for bones and arteries. I take it with a meal containing some fat every other day (it has a long half life). I usually also take vitamin D, but in a different meal to maximize the absorption of each one. The caps don't have a smell or weird after taste.The amount in the bottle lasts me for 6-7 months (I take it every other day).I like the fact it doesn't contain excessive fillers.My only issue with this product, is that it's a bit expensive.In summary, I recommend it. 👍
