Didn't send the item in the picture

I've been wearing the futuro comfort lift knee brace for 20 years. It is part cotton and shorter than the one you sent me. You sent the wrong 1. The 1 you sent was gray, synthetic, different name. and longer. Doesn't fit. Chatted with rep last week and told me they would send me email address for me to report problem. They never sent it. Send me the proper braces. Bottom photo is the correct type.

Great product

I have used these before for downhill skiing, as they help re-enforce your knee. Recently have had a couple of minor injuries to the same knee. After wearing this for a couple of days, it is already better. Works great.

Outdated picture of the product

I did not receive the product as pictured, evidently because Futuro no longer makes that product. I have requested either a refund or Vitality exchange what I received for what was pictured. I talked with someone at Vitality and they said they would get to me. I suspect Vitality needs to update the picture of the product. I do not want the grey. I only want the beige as pictured. I am waiting for a response from Vitality. I suspect they will tell me to send the product back for a refund.

Size up!

The product feels good on my injured knee, however you definitely want to size up. For size reference, I’m 5’6” and 160lbs. My knee measures 15” so I purchased a medium (says it fits 14.5”-17”). It was way too tight. I could barely pull it on my leg and when I finally got it on, my knee looked like a busted can of biscuits. I returned the medium and got a large and it fits much better. Size up even if your knee measures within range.
