I got the watch to monitor my heart rate. I had a fitbit but I found they were hard to operate with swiping here and there. I got into places where I needed to study the manual to get out of. This watch is easier to program and I can get my heart rate to constantly stay on the screen so I can look at it with just a glance. The only problem with the watch is that it is bulky. It is a little over an inch sitting on your wrist but you can't have everything.
Indestructible watch as far as I know. I have taken it many places. The digital display is impossible to read at night without additional light like a headlamp. The illuminator doesn't cut it. *But* you can use the illuminator as it's own tiny flashlight on your wrist, so there's that
Bad design if you want to use the digital display. The numbers are too small and the hour/minute hands block them when they are pointed towards the lower part of the dial (so a good part of the day). If you want to use this watch for fitness, look somewhere else. Very disappointed.
Just love the style and comfort of this watch. The dial is truly legible even with my bad eyesight. Highly recommended time piece.
We bought this watch for my son who went through basic training at West Point. He needed a basic watch but a tough one. This one survived just fine.
Big for security but circumvents a quality watch by not having visible analog display. Light only from a beam and not a true "Indiglo" which may be a Timex Patent item. Seconds histography cycles twice through for grins more than anything. A sweep second hand would be nice. I was using my gift card supplied with credit card application and shopping the store for a way to spend $100.00 Note: Today's customers are very discriminating and rely on your so far expert evaluation of product for usefulness, not just name brand. I traded for an Ironman digital watch and a Petzel headlamp. The coupon for a CC is very good sales strat. Many benefits supplied with card.
