The back heavy cardboard pieces that go in the window frames sometimes get popped out of the brackets; they're getting a bit of wear and I know they won't last forever with how much my kids are playing with this toy--not sure if Spin Master will make print-outs available, but that would allow us to "replace" the window pieces should my children go full recker on them. It would also help teach them the value of taking good care of their toys and fixing things you break. Sure hope they do this, but you could always wing it should it become a problem... pretty sure my kids are just "aggressively enthusiastic" about playing with a new toy. *** 4.) We took out the smallest three parts so there was less risk of losing them or having a choking hazard in play spaces shared with our youngest child (1-year). Most of the other parts are okay as long as you are in the same space and monitoring play when a younger kid is around the toy too. Assembly notes: Assembly was breezy! Stickers fit where they should, just be a little careful peeling them--I almost ripped one. Be sure to put the cardboard in and attach the hinge pins before the top floor and roof--basically, just follow the order of directions to ensure you don't have to disassemble to fix a missed step. It does include a Gabby figure as well as some cats & lots of other accessories for the house, such as a slide, toilet, tent etc.She has also informed me that there are add on "rooms" you can get separately to attach on to the walls inside so I guess that's xmas sorted!All in all a great toy that my daughter loves - a very happy little girl with many hours of fun had!
I wanted to get this for my daughterâs 3rd birthday because she has been obsessed with the show. I know sheâll be so excited, but I wish I wouldâve put more thought into the overall value and gone with a much better dollhouse. They couldâve done a much better job of creating a dollhouse based off the show. It had so much potential but this is NOT worth it whatsoever. It is extremely flimsy, the characters do not stand up on their own, everything is so tiny, and all the surprise boxes are very difficult to open.
