Had to add extra wire to the gabions otherwise they would of collapsed so quite fiddly to put together once done they look good, so product itself needs to be improved, but postage and delivery time was excellent.

I did not expect the spaces to be so large suddenly, I had to fill with large stones and not small as I thought. It is not too pretty and especially not as on the photo of presentation or so it is necessary to add a tighter mesh. The rendering is rude.
I have used VDXL in the past but recent two deliveries have been delayed due to their online portal not addressing the goods accurately. My current order is more that 2 week overdue. And still not arrived. There could be an issue with a change in Courier as they seem to be slower as well. Followup response from Vida is also poor and slow.
It is fiddly to erect - wear gloves and keep forearms covered with something you don't mind getting torn/plucked - and doesn't retain its shape as well as I had hoped whenever it filled with stones. But it is an attractive design and can look good with patience.
The quality here is lacking! I bought three and I was so excited to put them together and use in my backyard. I managed to get one assembled and had to use zip ties to hold it together. The instructions were the worst- I had to YouTube other vendors to find out how to put it together. I am cut up from all the sharp pieces. It's already bulging! Upside- since I had two that I had not removed from the box, I wanted to return them. The 3rd party vendor was great and accepted my return! I was shocked, but they were eager to accommodate!
The photo and description makes it sound like this is actually a planter. It is not. It’s just an open wire mesh that you can fill with something but certainly not plants and dirt for it.
No instruction manual so we improvised the assembly. There is neither bottom nor cover, the empty structure therefore does not hold beginning. There must be a minimum of 2 to hold and fill it. For the bottom it is better to provide fixing stakes. I thought about a solution for the lid.
