Love my new entertainment unit
Product arrived broken. I'm still waiting for a replacement for it. When I rang for customer support I was passed onto another department then the phone dropped out. I then had to speak to ANOTHER person who referred me to another department who 2 weeks ago has told me they will update me on the arrival of my new unit when they recieve communication from another department. Still no action.
