Possibly one of the most well designed controllers ive used. Feels real great, super comfy to use. Nice buttons and sticks, and I'm able to fit my super long phone in and it still plugs in despite my case.There's no input lag as far as I can tell. Going to use this for heaps of old retro games, and I have found the buttons are very receptive to rebinding in emulators.Highly recommended!

When it actually worked it was fantastic for use with emulators on my S22+. Also gives you access to EggNS which was the best performing Nintendo Switch emulator I found.Mine would constantly disconnect requiring me to take my phone out and put it back in, praying it would work. This was very annoying and led me to return it.Aside from that it does want you to download an app with very sketchy permissions, but you don't have to

Great feeling quality controller, however do your research before purchasing.Things to note:- Not all phones have usb-c reverse charging. The controller doesn't come with a battery, and therefore relies on the phone battery to use. However many phones do not come with this function (look at the game-sir webiste for more infor). If your phone doesn't support it, you'll be stuck having to power the controller with a power-bank or wall plug-in to use it.- Many games on the play store do not recognise it (such a COD). These games seem to only recognise bluetooth controllers, which this isn't.- However, the controller is A++ for emulator and other games which allow you to map controls.

In terms of console controller quality, it's only decent. But quite good for a phone controller. Analog sticks aren't quite as precise as i'd like, but the buttons are nice and it doesn't require an internal battery or bluetooth to function. If you use a Z Fold phone, this is the controller to get (USB connector is on the left so the inner screen flips open upwards).

Works well! Connected right away as soon as I set my phone into it, no set up needed. Unfortunately I have to take my phone’s case off when I use it since it doesn’t fit, but that’s not a huge deal. The buttons and joysticks respond nicely, and it came with some nice thumbgrips too. Overall nice performance.

I have a galaxy z fold 4 with a huge screen, and this back bone fits it perfectly and could also fit something bigger! The analog sticks are smooth, not stiff. When playing with the backbone controller, im able to play the same as if i was on an actual console like ps4. One of the best investments I've ever made.

Terrific controller, has changed the way I game

I've had nothing but good experience with this controller. Connects straight away, super responsive.I've only found that 2 of my emulators (duckstation and Drastic) work out of the box with its direct control mode. For everything else I've been using the GameSir app G-touch option, where if you configure it the controller tricks your phone into thinking its being touched. You just set up the g touch buttons to overlay the emulators virtual controls. Doing this I've been able to play the PSP, Gamecube, GBA, N64 and Sega emulators no problem.Highly recommended, dunno what was going on with the other bloke. Sometimes the phone doesn't pick up the controller when switching to G-Touch mode but thats a simple case of unplugging then plugging in again.
