Ie. a 30m hose and connectors that go on reel and a short hose plus connectors that connect your tap to the unit.I would recommend this unit.It can topple and wind up unevenly so doing this you need to guide the hose which is a little awkward. I presume this is the same for all similar items.

Sturdy and strong but a bit hard to put together with hose attachment to tap
After trying some other hose reels, this one stands out as the best. It is perfectly compatible with Pope hoses and fittings, which is a bonus. It has an elegant, practical design and can hold a long hose. Easy to wind up without kinking and because of the sturdiness of the design, it is is possible to pull the hose out around corners and down steps. Suits me perfectly!
Love the kick out feature which stabilises the trolley when reeling in or out. Solidly made steel reel, handles fold in. Great product
