I'm not sure how this got so many good reviews. It is so thin and flimsy! You definitely could not put anything solid or heavy in these. As for having people be able to sit on it, I would not trust it. We have put some dog coats in it and a picnic blanket. I am hoping it will not get filled with spiders as when it is together there are still gaps in the bottom. The walls and bottom are very thin plastic. if I had seen this at a garden centre and been able to view and feel it, no way would I have purchased it.

The storage box was very easy to put together with well written instructions. I was a bit worried how flimsy it seemed on the sides and in particular the bottom at first, but once together saw it was sturdy enough for storing a wide range of things & very suitable for my needs. I particularly like how you can sit on the lid without issue. Other storage boxes i have bought in the past you could not do this without it eventually breaking (hence why i bought this one!). I also like how the lid is hinged together with the metal rods. Great for all weather conditions and very happy with my purchase

Just what I needed for my storage problem. I did mix up the side panels causing some angst for myself, but if I had double checked the pieces before assembly all would have been smooth sailing. As a 77 year old woman with a.bad back, that was my only issue and it was my own fault. The help dept were very good, and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Good people to deal with.

Great product, though the screw holes for the lid stabilisers were on the wrong side. This was easily fixed by moving the lid mounts for the stabiliser forward and testing that the lid closes correctly before using a drill to secure the mount with the screws provided.
We needed extra storage and these boxes are for outdoors and weather resistant. We managed to assemble all three as the instructions and design are very user friendly. We're looking forward to filling them and trust they will last the test of time.
Love everything about the new Gardeon Storage Box! It sits outside under the pergola & looks fabulous. Such an added bonus as it’s very sturdy-was straightforward to assemble with clear instructions & holds/hides gardening tools/equipment etc.Can highly recommend.
No I wouldn’t recommend this product at all the plastic is too flimsy. I brought 2 boxes one I will keep as I put it together . The second box is still in the box & it cost to much to send it back . So I no I won’t be getting my money back for something I don’t won’t . I regret buying this product on line biggest mistake ever . Not happy at all
The Garden Outdoor Storage Box is big but it would not be suitable for anything other than very light items - it doesnt even have a proper floor - just a thin plastic cover that is attached to plastic rails by plastic buttons. Photos of an adult sitting on top of the box lead one to expect something much stronger than the flimsy plastic construction offered. By the way - the only metal part of the box is a thin strip of metal fitted across the lid - hence the only thing saving the lightweight adult from collapsing the entire structure. I wanted a box that could carry something other than a few lightweight soft toys.
I bought a couple of these for our garage instead of shelving for storage. They are so much bigger than expected and we can fit so much in them including our camping chairs and esky.They were also really easy to assemble and light weight to move around.
Firstly: advert states "no tools required" however you do need to have a screwdriverSecondly: advert states has "aluminium hinges" is does not have these, they are plasticThird: Very disappointed in the base which is quite flimsy. Infact when I unpacked different parts of the storage box I thought that this was a lining for the base but after searching for the the actual base/floor I soon discovered that this was the base. There are inbuilt handles but I certainly wouldn't try carrying/lifting it once its had all my items storedNot recommended for the price
