A lovely outdoor setting that suits our small, inner-city courtyard very nicely. It is difficult to know how resilient they will be, but the seating is comfortable and the setting looks great.Also, the price was very good. Delivery was a bit scattered but Australia Post was busy over Christmas, so understandable

You certainly get what you pay for. Great for a small decking, as the chairs are not for large people. The grey cushions are not enough, as you require some back support. The table top is not stable enough as the plastic suction cup do not adhere to the glass top. Over all value for money. In time you probably need an upgrade.

The seating is great, nice and solid, the only problem is the glass top of the table. It only has suction cups to hold which is impossible to secure it, whi h makes it dangerous around children or a social scene where it could get knocked off. It would be better if it was released inside the table. That's the only issue I have with it

Very poor quality, difficult to assemble screws shredding when assembled. Very frustrating & disappointed with item. Flimsy in design. Honestly pay a little more for a better quality product

This item is not of the quality the pictures show, it is made of poor quality plastic stripping and badly welded metal frames. I have had for just 2 months and the bench chair frame had already bent/sag in the frame. The plastic (Not Wicker ) is separatingon one of the chairs. Also putting it together was very difficult, screws not lining up and un-able to screw them in fully.Very poor quality item

Assembly was difficult. A lot of screwing with allen keys & holes notining up correctly. Take your time & only half screw them all in then tighten after aligning. Once done it is Qite Comfy & functional in our small space.

This outdoor setting looks terrific and is very comfortable. BUT it was incredibly hard to assemble. The instructions were ridiculous, the stickers had all fallen off of the individual parts so it was difficult to match them up, the holes were not aligned. It took three people to assemble with a great deal of pushing, pulling, doing up screws then undoing them and loads of swearing!!

Disappointed

This product is extremely difficult to assemble. We found the screws were very difficult to line up with their corresponding holes, even when we followed the instructions as to not tighten until all screws were in place. To tighten the screws you are supplied a tool for this, but getting clear access to where the screws go to tighten with ease is also very difficult and time consuming - day 2 and we have still not tightened up every one. I feel the actual price stated for the furniture before our buyers discount is unrealistic as the quality is certainly not up with the price tag of $683.95. The colour of the furniture was accurate and this I was happy with.

Good finished product but assembly a pain

Great for the price, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately it was incredibly difficult to build, unclear instructions and parts did not align. Forgivable for the price point and the finished product though. Don’t regret buying!

Poor quality product. Total waste of money.

This product is of very poor quality. Putting it together is hell of a job. The screws are useless. It look me 5 hours to put it together . By the time i put it together i had blisters on my hands as the product is not easily aligned and you have to force it to set together. The seat matts are thin and covers are cheap polyester. Total waste of money . Sending it back will cost extra money.
