I am very dissapointed with this product. It is marketed as a bench seat with an adult sitting on it as shown in the brochure. A 10 year child sat on this bench, and the whole box started to bow at the sides. As a result, the lid does not close properly. Typical Chinese crap, which is marketed as quality, and is expensive for what you get.. I have now had to put a "do not sit" sign on the lid to prevent this box collapsing completely, and to avoid possible injury.If there was an avenue for a refund, I would take it.Garry Clarke.

It’s big and looks smart. It is of a flimsy construction and definitely not lockable as the catch is plastic and held on with plastic rivets that you push in with your fingers. Ideal for storing garden stuff like sun umbrellas, cushions etc but nothing of value. Get a steel shed for your tools.Let’s see how it stands up to the sun, not too confident it will look as smart this time next year. I got what I paid for do and happy.

The box was left at the bottom of the two flights of stairs. I had to haul it up myself. No mean feat for a 78 year old woman. First day not good. As soon as I had one side clipped in and went to the other side, it came apart. Second day I figured it out. I clipped the side in and then hit it with a hammer. Mission accomplished! All the sides have remained together. Though it takes more than one person to do it.

Looks great,you can sit on it, I bought it to put garden tools in. The bottom is a bit weak on the inside so we are going to put some ply wood in there to give some strength. Other than that can't complain for the cost. Bunnings was way more expensive. This will do the job.

The box is great for storing my Plumber Husband's bulky PVC fittings. I had purchased large plastic tubs for this purpose, but they became brittle and cracked. The lid doesn't slam shut on you when you, and it is sturdy and strong.The instructions could have been a little more clearer as my husband thought that the two ends were the same, and when we attached the hinges, it wouldn't close. I figured it out for him, but maybe there could be a post note explaining that they are different.

The product is OK with some modifications/improvements. The styrene packing was cut and glued to the base that did not sit level with the sides, a design fault. If any weight was placed in the box [as shown in the advert] the bottom would be put under pressure not designed for. Also one end side did not have any holes to fit the securing plugs. Had to drill holes to accommodate the plugs. Another floor support problem that needed to be fixed.

Great product for the price

Sturdier than I thought, easy to put together, has a lot of space. I painted mine to fit with our veranda decor. Looks much more expensive now then what it actually was. Very happy with this product.

Kinda Flimsy

Sides of the box are flexible so care needs to be taken so as not to bulge/bend/break them. Bottom is just a flimsy piece of plastic so ensure the box is on a hard flat ground. There was one screw missing and had to find a similar screw to replace it. Overall ... does its job as a storage unit but would have like it to be made of stiffer materials.
