I'm not sure how this got so many good reviews. It is so thin and flimsy! You definitely could not put anything solid or heavy in these. As for having people be able to sit on it, I would not trust it. We have put some dog coats in it and a picnic blanket. I am hoping it will not get filled with spiders as when it is together there are still gaps in the bottom. The walls and bottom are very thin plastic. if I had seen this at a garden centre and been able to view and feel it, no way would I have purchased it.

There is no way that this is outdoor safe. It's put together with plastic pegs. It's definitely not water proof. Don't bother spending your cash. It arrived quickly.

So far so good, plastic construction, arms inside hold up the lid (slide up and grip so may weaken with time?) Easy enough to put together and feels sturdy enough. Haven't sat on it to much. Helped stop dog chewing on shoes that are now inside box.

I bought this storage box to store all my swimming pool equipment and pool toys. It has worked out perfectly. Very easy to assemble, good size, looks good and very durable. Definitely value for money with excellent delivery service.

Great multipurpose storage bench for my balcony. The side walls are a little flimsy but bones are strong and overall does the job, rain proof and lid opens 90°+ for full access. Arrived promptly, lightweight and relatively simple to assemble.

Happy with this 270lt lightweight storage box. Quite easy to put together and keeps my 4 furniture covers dry. Some cheaper brands allow moisture & rain to enter around the lid whereas this one has a lip on the lid. Good product for the price.

Outdoor Storage Box (AMAZING!!!!)

Love everything about the new Gardeon Storage Box! It sits outside under the pergola & looks fabulous. Such an added bonus as it’s very sturdy-was straightforward to assemble with clear instructions & holds/hides gardening tools/equipment etc.Can highly recommend.

The Garden Outdoor Storage Box is big but it would not be suitable for anything other than very light items - it doesnt even have a proper floor - just a thin plastic cover that is attached to plastic rails by plastic buttons. Photos of an adult sitting on top of the box lead one to expect something much stronger than the flimsy plastic construction offered. By the way - the only metal part of the box is a thin strip of metal fitted across the lid - hence the only thing saving the lightweight adult from collapsing the entire structure. I wanted a box that could carry something other than a few lightweight soft toys.

Firstly: advert states "no tools required" however you do need to have a screwdriverSecondly: advert states has "aluminium hinges" is does not have these, they are plasticThird: Very disappointed in the base which is quite flimsy. Infact when I unpacked different parts of the storage box I thought that this was a lining for the base but after searching for the the actual base/floor I soon discovered that this was the base. There are inbuilt handles but I certainly wouldn't try carrying/lifting it once its had all my items storedNot recommended for the price
