It arrived quite quickly so that is good. It seems sturdy, however I'm a little disappointed with the overall look of it. The back-rest piece looks very cheap and rough - not what I was expecting. From a distance it looks good - just not close up.

I bought 2 of these lovely garden benches. They were packed well and delivered efficiently and quickly. I put them together easily and think they are great value for money. They are a bit light and have blown over a couple of times.

Disappointing product

I am extremely disappointed. The quality of this bench is very poor. There are scratches in multiple places that are very obvious, showing up white against the black bench. The lattice section is made of plastic and looks really poor quality. Some of the joins and edges havent been cut very well at all. As this is an online purchase only I wasn't able to see the bench prior to purchase, I just assumed the item would have been better quality coming from Myer. Dissappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Love the shape, comfort and strength of this garden bench. VERY DISAPPOINTED however that it was advertised and purchased as a STEEL bench; when the back rest (criss/cross patterned section) is actually made from PLASTIC!!

Screws missing but Im expected to provide sizing

I purchased this as it was easy to put together. Screws were missing so I bought temporary ones from Bunnings. Sent a message for the screws to be sent. First of all he wanted pics of the packaging which I didnt have and then asked the size of the screws. The Bunnings ones are t the perfect fit and he should know his product but Im guessing the bulk ship from China doesnt have these details. Its not worth the hassle.
