If you have tried the rest of the GPS's out there, I have alot of them, spend the money and get this beast of a unit, it won't disappoint, I am in the process of getting a reverse camera for van, Garmin one, which will sync through this unit.Na really I am blown away with the clarity and speed of the unit.Very happy and great buying experience through Johnny Appleseed.

Would be good if you could get it with less apps, There are a few apps which I will never use which I guess add to the cost. The InReach function would be good for outback travel but satellite connectivity is quite expensive. The big screen is great. My other Garmins all have voice commands which this one lacks. There is no camera.

Awesome device which I have been looking at for a while, does so many things, like communication via satellite, has internet so you can do internet searching etc... Also has the hema maps on board which was a feature I was not aware of but really love. Screen is bright and so clear, also with magnet connection is easy to take on and off for security. Also love the off road features like pitch an roll and compass etc... weather radar is also very good and real time road conditions are great. Basically this is about 4 devices in one and does it all very well, well worth the high price considering it is not just a gps to get you from a to b. Also went with Johnny applesead due to their friendly manner on the phone and helpful advice.
