I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and effectiveness of the Garnier Micellar Water in Oil cleanser. I have tried numerous cleansing water brands in the past and some have cost more than $50 a bottle! So I am very pleased to find a product that not only does a very thorough job of removing my makeup but is also inexpensive. This cleansing water comes in a fairly large plastic bottle so it lasts for quite some time. Unlike the regular cleansing waters I have tried, this one has a 2 phase formula; the micellar water at the bottom and a smaller layer of oil at the top. Therefore you need to shake the bottle well before using the cleansing water in order to activate the oil and water layers. I primarily wear long-wearing and matte makeup, especially at this time ... MoreI am pleasantly surprised with the quality and effectiveness of the Garnier Micellar Water in Oil cleanser. Therefore you need to shake the bottle well before using the cleansing water in order to activate the oil and water layers. I primarily wear long-wearing and matte makeup, especially at this time of the year, yet I find if I soak two cotton pads with this cleansing water it is enough to remove all the makeup from my face. This product has a pleasant fragrance, which I don't find irritating even when I use it around my eyes. I find that it does a really good job removing all my makeup in one, quick sweep so I don't need to use a separate eye makeup remover for my heavy mascara. This definitely makes the product very handy as it's an effective all-in-one makeup remover that quickly removes makeup without excess rubbing required. I am generally a bit lazy when it comes to removing all my makeup so I find this makeup remover very handy and easy to use to remove stubborn makeup with minimal effort. This product does leave an oily residue on the skin, so I do need to use my foaming cleanser afterwards as I have combination skin. I really recommend this cleanser to anyone who wants a quick, yet effective makeup remover that gets rid of heavy or stubborn makeup without too much effort. It is quite handy as you don't need to purchase separate or multiple other makeup removers to use around the eye area. I also recommend this product for all skin types, however people with very oily skin may not like the oily residue or greasy feel. Also this cleansing water does have a slightly strong fragrance, and although it doesn't irritate my skin I would still prefer a fragrance-free formula. I will repurchase this cleansing water as I think it does a great job removing my long-wearing makeup very quickly and thoroughly, also it is quite inexpensive and great value for money.

The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil comes in a sturdy clear 400mL pop-cap plastic bottle. The product has a bi-phase formula made up of Argan Oil and micellar water that cleanses, soothes and removes makeup all at once without the need to rinse offThe argan oil is obviously a lighter density than the micellar water, and so it floats above the micellar water. You'll need to shake the bottle well to mix the two liquids together before useThis product removes my waterproof makeup without the need for any vigorous rubbing - I just dribble a bit onto a cotton pad and hold it against my eye for a couple seconds before swiping away. If there's any tricky bits left over, I just dampen a cotton swab/bud to get around the corners of my eyes, or underneath my lashesIt ... MoreThe Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil comes in a sturdy clear 400mL pop-cap plastic bottle. If there's any tricky bits left over, I just dampen a cotton swab/bud to get around the corners of my eyes, or underneath my lashesIt really removes any type of makeup really quickly and easily, however it does sting a little if you do get it in your eyes. The scent is a florally/oily scent, which isn't terrible, but it's nothing specialYou don't have to rinse your face after use, but I do prefer to. The oil isn't very 'oily', but it does sit upon the face for a little while, which I don't really like the feel ofThe product claims to be suitable for sensitive skin, although I doubt that slightly. It is Italian made, dermatologically and ophthalmogically tested, and claims to last 6 months once opened, and for at least 200 usesUnfortunately the micellar water doesn't come in the 'on-the-go' 125mL size like others in the range, which is a shame, as the bottle's quite large at 17. 5 cm highIngredients: AQUA / WATER, CYCLOPENTASILOXANE, ISOHEXADECANE, ARGANIA SPINOSA OIL / ARGANIA SPINOSA KERNEL OIL, BENZYL ALCOHOL, BENZYL SALICYLATE, BUTYL METHOXYDIBENZOYLMETHANE, CI 60725 / VIOLET 2, DECYL GLUCOSIDE, DIPOTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, DISODIUM EDTA, ETHYLHEXYL METHOXYCINNAMATE, ETHYLHEXYL SALICYLATE, GERANIOL, HAEMATOCOCCUS PLUVIALIS / HAEMATOCOCCUS PLUVIALIS EXTRACT, HEXYLENE GLYCOL, LIMONENE, LINALOOL, PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRA-DI-T-BUTYL HYDROXYHYDROCINNAMATE, POLYAMINOPROPYL BIGUANIDE, POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM CHLORIDE, PARFUM / FRAGRANCE.
