Was kindly sent this to review. I dont follow a gluten free diet but have bought GF pasta in the past, to try. Wasnt overly impressed with the others but this linguine was fantastic. I made a simple sauce with just a few ingredients in olive oil and tossed in the cooked pasta that Id boiled in salted water for about 10-11 mins, adding a little of the pasta water. Loved the texture of the pasta. Felt so creamy. Didnt want the meal to end, it was THAT good! Id definitely buy this in future.

Ive yet to come across a gluten-free pasta which is a similar consistency to real pasta - especially spaghetti/linguine styles. This does the trick perfectly, surprisingly! It even broke in my hand when I tested for how cooked it was like real pasta. Thoroughly enjoyable and this will be a regular in my Ocado shop.

I LOVE this spaghetti. I buy it all the time and have it with garlic, cherry tomatoes and prawns and it holds its own. I don't feel tired or overly full afterwards, just satisfied. My partner prefers it to classic spaghetti. Total winner.

Sent this by Ocado to review and loved it! My husband cooked and unknown to me used this gf pasta. I had no idea until he told me afterwards. Lovely texture, like perfectly cooked classic pasta. Would buy again even though Im not gf.
This is a really delicious GF pasta which always hold together really nicely, which can sometimes be an issue for some GF pasta variants. Decent flavour. We purchase & use all variants & have done for many years. The only improvement we would suggest is to make the cooking instructions slightly larger on the packets....the number of minutes required is so tiny, it can be hard to find and when we do use all variants of this pasta, I do need to be reminded each time when cooking!.
Really good pasta. Doesn't taste gluten free. It retains its shape and has a lovely texture and flavour.
I don't have an allergy to consider, but follow advice from my doctor to avoid gluten. I found that really hard having never needed to avoid it before, and was so disappointed in all of the expensive alternatives I tried. Whether pasta, bread or cakes, it tasted to me like a fine sand had been added, no matter the brand. I got this when it was on offer but it sat in my cupboard for a couple of months, while I avoided all the things I liked completely. Wish I had tried it sooner! Zero gritty texture, cooks well and really enjoyable. Highly recommended.
I love this pasta - it tastes a little different to 'regular' pasta and has a slightly different texture, but I find it much easier on the tummy and it is my preferred option now. Goes well with both meat and seafood pasta sauces, and its even nice on its own with some garlic oil and parmesan. Weekly staple now!
Cooked the pasta in boiling water with a splash of oil to help stop the pasta sticking together, there was no gloop like some gluten free pastas. Once cooked I drained and ran a bit of cold water through it, this seems to help keep the pasta in good shape. Great taste and texture, my new favourite. Fried a few onions, mushroom, peas, parsley and garlic, added some double cream, heated it gently and tossed in the pasta. Sprinkled parsley and Parmesan on the top. Lovely
I last tried gluten free pasta a few years ago and it was dreadful so I was pleasantly surprised by this, it was firm and tasted ok. It doesnt go soft like wheat pasta does it just gets rubbery and sticky. The low quinoa percentage is disappointing but otherwise I have no complaints. My toddler ate it all as well.
