Was not expecting these to be so good! No after taste, they cook to a soft yet little firm. So easy to get around the fork and eat. I love these. They weren't mine tho so now I have to go out and find them. I'm that newly obsessed with these noodles and can't wait to have them again.

We LOVE this pasta in our family. It's now the only type of 'spaghetti' we have. You definitely get what you pay for. I find myself asking my friends/family if they've tried it and if they haven't I buy them a packet!.

I used to buy this brand of pasta when I lived in Italy. It is still a favourite. Garofalo spaghettini with seared M&S wild Atlantic scallops...tossed in a light sauce of reduced white wine, olive oil, butter, sauteed shallots, garlic and parsley... a drizzle of Filippo Berio chilli extra virgin olive oil for a little kick... accompanied with Picard?s mini French baguette made with type 65 Label Rouge wheat flour ? amazingness... paired with ? M&S Petit Chablis... looking forward to my next pasta recipe!

This is the best dries spaghetti I have cooked. The long list of positive reviews are fully justified. It is so delicious and delicate, you need very little sauce and it would work well with just some butter/oil and seasoning.
I've discovered that the Garofalo brand has a range of delicious pasta. This is no different and, being spaghetti, is easy to cook! Prices can be a bit steep, so a better bargain when it's on offer.
This is really delicious - a little more bite than regular spaghetti, which makes it more satisfying to my mind! Always have some in stock - really love all Garofalo pasta, even the gluten free!
My 5 year old daughter compared them to noodles and she aint half wrong. Went lovely with my bolognese too!
Garafolo spaghetti, as well as sounding amusingly like "Gruffalo," is probably one of the tastiest spaghettis on the market. You may think that one spaghetti is pretty much the same as another - but this one really stands out in terms of texture and taste, even pipping our previous favourite Di Cecco. Well worth the extra pennies.
I dont know what is different about this spaghetti but it is very tasty and really adds to a spag bol. I normally buy organic pasta but this one tastes so good I switch between them. Hope the recipe doesnt change anytime soon!
This is really good winter pasta, works really well with heavier sauces. It takes longer to cook than the typical thinner spaghetti and it stays al dente. Its lovely to have all the varieties that garofolo produce as they do all taste slightly differently.
