After the electrician installed the hob, we found there was a fault , one of the plates was not working correctly. I have been emailing the supplier back and forth for about a month now with no progress, they asked me to dismantle and check some wiring ? Seemed a bit dodgy to me! Can you please help to either have it repaired, replaced or money back.

I'm impressed by the quality of this product and the great price. Arrived promptly and in good condition. Rated a 4 as isn't installed yet so haven't trialed it's operation yet.

I wouldn't know because I still haven't received it.Do not trust MyDeal. They have failed to follow up or offer a refund [although the promise they do].I ordered 3 weeks ago and have spent hours on email and the phone.I placed 4 orders worth over $2000 and only received one without incident. Two remain outstanding with no help or support.Its disgusting.
To hard to exchange it, due the size I need, but you need a PHD to figure it out.
