It looked good, the 15kg motor sounded good. Xmas morning 12 kg suckling pig - worked on making sure, tied up well and balanced. 3/4 hr of cooking and shaft broke at the screw, and handle shattered. Ended up having to cook on BBQ plates. Disappointing as I was so looking forward to pig on the spit and so was the family.

The rotisserie is easy to assemble and works well, but the prongs supplied with it are flimsy and inferior quality to the set of prongs I bought recently
