I have to disconnect the vacuum for a couple of hours every day to get use out of it and the hose fittings do not fit and the attachments are no help at all, if it disattaches it sucks air which i am worried will damage the pump. Needs some adaptors supplied to fit normal male female ends of hose.

Arrived very quickly and was as advertised. Found whilst installing that adaptor as supplied was not suitable for my filter and had to modify my connector by adjusting flow rate to maximum. Also found hose to inlet side of Gator had to have end cut of so hose could fit over intake. Allowance should be made for this during production as I have standard hose or an adaptor should be supplied to alleviate destroying a length of hose. Works well on our Pentair Rebel 2 but spasmodic vortex suction noise can be annoying at times.
We have an issue with the neighbours bamboo seeds absolutely covering the top of the pool on a daily basis. They don’t sink and the skimmer doesn’t keep up. The Gator moves around the pool and sucks them in saving hours a week in netting. A few adjustments needed due to the nature of the problem, but only took me about 20mins of trial and error for an excellent result.
