I expected a tighter fit, it is better than Stanley sockets but leaves much to be wanted. There is too much play on 6 point and 12 point bolts, so tolerance is a bit high. I ended up getting a Craftsman made in China socket that had a tighter fit. I can see it damaging fasteners. These are also not deep sockets as they aren't cut all the way up to the drive end. This is misleading and disappointing. Save your money being wasted and go with Sunnex.

The items came as advertised. These are my first Gearwrench sockets. I am not yet sure about duribility. It is too soon to tell.
The picture is accurate ( 5 mm is shorter ). What the picture doesn't show on the 5mm is that the chamfered lead-in goes a good distance into the socket. It may be enough to allow the socket to cam off of a shallow nut/bolt. No biggie, I can easily just grind the face down a little, but that damages the chrome ( very nice ) finish. The sizes are very legible and well engraved. The walls are very thin, so fitting in tight areas should not be a problem. The rail that comes with the sockets is also a very nice quality.
