Doesn’t taste like much so easy to mix with pre work out or protein without altering taste. Have noticed leaner results

Overall I'd say it matches many of the more expensive competitors products, its virtually tasteless and it is easy to notice the difference in power and recovery while using this. The only downside is that it leaves some residue in the bottom and if you mix it by itself with water the last swig can be quite granulated.

I’ve only been using it a couple weeks and have been unsteady with having it and I’m still noticing little changes it’s doing to my body, it’s given my arms a slight amount of mass and I recovery are a bit faster
