The dreaded F:18 error appeared on our machine and after some research pointed to a faulty drain pump. The replacement drain pump for our Bosch WAE28465GB/03 washer arrived next day as promised from eSpares, despite being ordered after 5pm the day before - (Excellent Service as always!). It is exactly the same as the original, but notice Bosch have decided to reduce the amount of the impeller fins, this I think is a good idea as they now seem sturdier than the original, which interestingly when examined on the failed pump, some of the fins had broken (probably some time ago) and were causing the washing machine to make an awful racket whenever it drained the water. Now with this replacement pump the machine is almost as quiet as when new! However, the original Bosch drain pump had lasted for nearly a decade and hope this will do the same. Because it is a genuine replacement part it fitted in to the washer without issue and was quite an easy straight forward task. Admittedly I did watch the eSpares video on how to replace a drain pump first! So once again thank you to eSpares for keeping our appliances working!!
