After wearing this bangle about 6 times, it looked scratched and scuffed, so JL returned it to Georg Jensen to be polished. It came back like new, but continues to scratch and scuff every time I wear it. JL said to buy a silver polishing cloth, which I did, but this only highlights the marks. It's a shame as it is a lovely bangle. If I had bought it as an everyday item, I would be prepared to accept the marks, but it is not good enough to be a piece of jewellery for special occasions, which is what I was expecting.
A lovely bracelet for a lovely lady who is 95 in May She lives in South Africa l bought it in Newcastle shop our niece collected it from your shop near Richmond and hey presto she has delivered in South Africa. thank you the bracelet is wonderful as are all of Georg Jensen lives of jewellery
I absolutely adore this bracelet. It is very simple but also very interesting. It works well by itself and with other bracelets.
Simple and elegant design. Sturdy quality. It's not a soft bangle at all so it is a bit hard to push your wrist in (I choose a size that fits close my wrist.) But once it's on, the lock is quite secure you don't need to worry about accidentally tearing it open. Nor does the bangle deform. I locked it on my wrist and just wear it 24/7. Does not seem to tarnish much.
It’s a pretty bracelet but I don’t think it’s worth £465. Thin as you like and no weight at all, poor quality. Basically, paying for the name.I would not recommend at all. Surely, you will be able to get better quality for the price.
Berry provided excellent service in selling this lovely silver bangle with a special edition blue sapphire adornment. The designer was an excellent and renowned silversmith, whose designs are still produced, years later, by Georg Jensen, the Danish Royal family Crown Jeweller. Georg Jensen were not currently selling this particular item, so I was delighted to find it at Berry's.
I wanted to love this bracelet. It looked great when I opened the box, but it was nearly impossible to get it on my wrist. I have bruises where I tried to get it on. Worst part was trying to clasp it. You’ll need someone to help you! Also the extra money for the diamonds was not worth it. They are tiny, and I mean really tiny!
