I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

Absolutely the best!!

I should be an ambassadorfor GHD that's how much I love their products. I'd give more stars if I could. I have very long thin (but alot of it) bleached hair, so as you can imagine it takes alot of products to keep it healthy. I had severe breakage to 1 side due to a curling incident but regular use when drying my hair it's now grown out and back to normal. Be assured when using styling tools your hair wont break, it's left feeling soft and silky and the smell is divine!! I've been using this for years, I highly recommend adding this product to your hair routine you won't regret it.

Finally a volume product that works!

I rarely leave reviews, however, this does exactly what it says on the tin! I have fine, flat, limp hair that refuses to hold volume. After separating sections of damp hair I applied directly to the root sections and massaged in. I dried my hair as normal using my hair dryer and straightened my hair. No more flat hair even after straightening, although I never straighten near the roots. Really pleased with the results as the volume was still there after sleeping. It doesn’t feel sticky at all just soft and voluminous. Hope this review helps other fine hair users.

Great for extensions & cuts down blow drying time

I use this on the top of my hair for the heat protectant because I can’t use oil based ones with my extensions. It really helps to make blow drying faster. I wouldn’t say it protects from humidity though. I would need to see it with my natural hair to see how it holds curls. I mainly use it for the heat protection for tape in extensions since it’s not moisturizing. I can’t really remember the smell because it’s not overpowering. Does not leave your crunchy. Does not leave your hair oily at all and I use it on my roots.

Impressed

Ok ! So I have extremely flat straight glossy hair and I find it so hard to get volume even with a blow dry etc! This stuff definitely does the job for me! I couldn’t review the ghd hot rise hot brush but I got that for Christmas and I LOVE IT ! I liked what it did from day one but this product has brought the brush to a whole new level! Don’t expect to just spray this in your hair and go though. It still requires a blow dryer or heat to create maximum volume (expected) and also the product is slightly over priced :( - it does what it says and I really like it !

Bought this ghd Bodyguard Heat Protect Spray because my cousin recommended it to me. I stopped using heat protect sprays because they used to be sticky and make my hair hard like hairspray. I was excited to try this one and I’m happy to report that this worked a treat. Didn’t make my hair sticky or crispy like other sprays in the market. My hair was soft and I didn’t see any heat damage after I started using this ghd Bodyguard Heat Protect Spray. A bit on the pricier side but I highly recommend this ghd Bodyguard Heat Protect Spray

Protects hair beautifully

My hairdresser recommended this heat protection spray because I blow dry and straighten my hair a lot. It absolutely works a treat, I always use a heat protectant before styling but this is one of the best iv used. It doesn’t leave my hair feeling crunchy and dry, it’s quite hydrating and protects my hair perfectly. I use a ghd straitening iron and love their products and this spray helps leave my hair straight, shiny and looking like it was styled in a salon. I will be buying this heat protectant spray again and highly recommend it

Protects hair from heat perfectly

This is a great product for protecting my hair. I use gas styling straighteners and always use a heat protectant product with them. I had never tried the Gus brand before and am happy to report I was very impressed. It’s easy to use, just spray it on and comb through and style as normal. It has a pleasant scent and protects my hair from heat really well. It doesn’t leave any stickiness or hard crunchy feel like some sprays can, it’s really high quality and actually works. When I use this my hair is super straight and so shiny and soft and it looks like it has been professionally done in a salon. The black and gold container is classy and elegant and it’s worth every cent. A very impressive product
