These are a great wee pair of straighteners. I am a long term GHD fan and these are an excellent addition to my hair care routine. They are perfect for travel. Will take a bit longer to do full head of hair than regular GHDâs, but you save so much space and they are very compact and lightweight. Really handy for a touch up and to keep hair tidy. They get hot enough and hair glides through plates just as you would expect with full size GHDâs. They donât break hair or cause damage like you get with cheap straighteners. Would recommend!!

I really like this straightener.I have been lucky to receive it before cutting my hair so I tried it on both my long hair and then once I have cut it. It works well on both but of course it took more time to style my long hair compared to when using the platinum one. One advantage though is that because it has thinner plates it forces you to select a smaller section of hair each time with a nice silky result at the end.On short hair is excellent especially the fringe as it allows to be more precise.The heating up time is quite fast, you can't really notice any difference from the other types. The straightener itself is lighter than the platinum one so it is also perfect for travelling.

I completed the find your perfect straightener quiz. I thought âoh here we go!â That the recommended straightener would be out of my price range. But it actually wasnât and the one I was recommended is perfect! Iâve very short frizzy/curly hair. The plates are perfect for getting as close to the root as possible. Itâs not too hot so I can use less protective spray and conditioner and it leaves a perfect smooth finish that lasts for two days. The free personalisation is a lovely touch! Very happy with my purchase.
After 13 years, my previous GHD straightener stopped working, so I decided to replace it with the same make. I am disappointed with this new replacement. It definitely doesnât feel the quality of my previous one, and it also doesnât seem to get to the same temperature. It pulls the hair in my fringe, and even though Iâve got short hair I have to go over it twice. I am going to take it to my hairdresser the next time I have it cut, to see what she thinks. My previous model also came with a lovely heatproof bag, this one only comes with a hard plastic cover to protect the end of the straighteners. Donât feel that these are now worth the money.

Back to GHD.Gave the original pair - nearly 20 years old and still going strong - to family member.Used a different brand for years and when these gave in, decided to go back to GHD.These are fantastic - love that they're slim as have short bob so these get in much closer to the roots.Straighten really well with one pass - and hair still straight days after.One heat setting - super easy to use- really happy with them.

I wanted to try the mini multiple times, to see the how well they performed. My hair from blow drying to straightening normally takes 45 minutes. My hair is naturally very curly, especially my roots and large straighteners don't really get it as straight or as flat as i would like. I straightened the whole of my shoulder length bleached hair. My roots and hairline came out very straight, like when i have had a relaxer or fresh keratin treatment. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was able to get very close to my roots, which is why i wanted to try these minis.
