This is by far, my absolute favorite flavor they have. It has the perfect amount of apple and sour. Most energy drinks can’t mask the sour flavor and ghost seems to nail it every time. 10/10 recommend for sure! They also don’t make you jittery like a lot of other brands do and makes you focus. I use it before my workout to give me an extra kick, my huge arms are the proof!

This is the best and tastiest energy drink of all-time! The Sour Patch Blue Raspberry is my favorite. The Sour Patch Raspberry is also really good. If you love both energy drinks and Sour Patches, it’s impossible to not like this. The flavors of Ghost Energy based off of candy taste just like the flavors. My only issue is that the Warheads Watermelon lacks that extra sour punch it should have. But then again so does the actual Warheads Candy itself these days. It’s still really good though. Ghost also keeps you alert and focused, but without making you jittery or without your heart beating crazy fast for no reason. It only has five calories and if I’m not mistaken no sugars. It still manages to taste exactly like its candy flavored counterparts too. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been doing monthly auto-shipments of Bang, Raze, Bucked Up, Ryse, Reign and Ghost cases for about 2-3 years now. I consume 1 energy drink to start my day during the work week and generally have a light workout after work. On non work days I will consume 2-3 in a day as my workouts will be more enduring and intense. That being said, I like a bit of variety. This has almost been exclusively Bang products. Thanks to Campus Protein and their Energy Drink of the Month program I've had the opportunity to try things I'd never come across in my local stores. Ghost is one of those products. It's got an above average taste and has all the benefits of a high end energy drink like zero sugar, 4 vitamins, and a single carb. Great stuff.
The taste reminds me of Orange crush. It comes off more as like an orange sherbet flavor then an orange cream flavor because of it's sourness. The sourness isn't as present comparing it to the sour patch kids and warhead watermelon flavor. For the most part as far as how I feel, I like the way ghost is turning out so far. For anybody who hasn't tried it yet, I like to mention how the sweetener in these drinks linger on for quite a while I would say maybe even hours. Something that you may have to accept if you try these. It's not a bad thing but, it could easily irritate someone.

I must say, Im rather impressed and surprised at the taste. It tastes kind of like sunkist but more exciting in my mouth. Its SUPER orange candy like and has a mild hint of vanilla. Which for some people could be a good or a bad thing. Carbonation is fun, but isnt too bad and hasnt hurt my stomach. The drink comes with strong caffeine content (200 MG) and other fun stuff in it. It definitely kicked me awake this morning when coffee didnt do the job and it has no strong after taste that comes with it. This drink has a lot of potential. Super Duper Sour! Whoo! This drink is full of energizing nutrients and needs for a manual labourer, but the flavour is just too powerful. The only way I could drink this without feeling nauseous, or as if my teeth had just bitten into a lemon was by diluting it in an equal part of water.I love sour foods and candies. Warheads are amongst my favourite candies, but this drink was not for me. If the flavour was a little less powerful, I could definitely enjoy it more.
