Chips ahoy milkshake meets protein shake

Am I having a chip’s ahoy milkshake or a nutritious protein shake? Both! It’s by far my favorite flavor by this brand that I’ve tasted so far. I’ve had Oreo and Nutter Butter as well. It has yummy cookie pieces (just make sure not to blend the protein-I usually blend my ice and almond cashew milk until frothy and then hand shake in the protein). Perfection. I’d also like to note that over my many years of bodybuilding, I’ve tried several different protein powders due to digestive issues caused from an eating disorder. This protein doesn’t jack up my stomach at all. It fills me up, gives me the calories I need and provides a way for me to “cheat” with cookies daily. Decent flavor, dose properly to get better taste

First try with 2% milk was not great. Tasted almost like coffee. Second try was with 10oz water and had to get the dosing higher (typically I try for a level scoop with 2% milk, to balance the protein and get a little more time out of the powder itself). 2 level scoops and then added about another quarter scoop and it did taste better. The sweetener can be tasted more-so when using less powder, so definitely check your dosing. Overall, not bad, but not fantastic. I have the Chips Ahoy and can drink that stuff all day long whatever the dose. I'd still recommend this over other protein powders. It's not "just chocolate" or "vanilla". Has a little flair and I stand with the company values.

I really enjoyed this pumpkin pie protein. I mixed it in a shaker with milk. It mixed easily. There are small pumpkin pie flavored bits in the shake that are delicious. Ghost is known for putting little bits in their protein powders. The texture may bother some people, but I found it enjoyable. If it bothers you, try using a blender. Ghost is very transparent with their ingredients. I will definitely be getting this seasonal flavor again.

Not bad, not amazing.

First off I’m new to whey protein powders so there was a little adjustment period getting my body used to whey. (A little queasiness and frequent and healthy bowel movements) keep that in mind if you’re new like me. As for this particular brand, packaging is great the scoop is right at the top beneath the lid. Great mix-ability. Taste is average, it definitely took me a while to find the right thing to mix it with (I tried water, oat milk and regular whole milk). The back label recommends mixing with 5-6 oz of the beverage of your choice but I found that way too strong. You definitely may need to dilute it with more liquid. I’m not sure why the company recommends so few ounces. Lastly the floating Oreo pieces are my biggest complaint. They are all floating around, different shapes and sizes and I just can’t get past drinking something with chunks of food in it. Try straining it to separate the chunks. Overall it’s worth a try but for the price I’ll consider a different flavor next time, sure it’s an Oreo flavor, but keep your expectations reasonable. This will not taste like an Oreo McFlurry. Admittedly I could maybe get better finding the perfect blend or adding it to smoothies etc.

The best

Ghost. Their products are the best. Hands down, I wanted to give it low stars so not much people would but it, but I’m to loyal to the brand, and hate lies, so. It’s the best hands down, I’ve tried (most) of the whey they have, it’s breaks up in the shaker beautiful, it taste amazing, I have yet to try a certain cereal milk that I can never seem to get my hands on, but, yeah. This stuff rules. But any flav. Stay away from blueberry muffin… but besides that all should do ya good. From the chunks of Oreos cookie in the Oreo formula, to the very tasty peanut butter flav that hits ya like resses peanut butter cup cereal., ghost has ya covered! GETCHA PULL! AND YO GAINS

The worst tasting flavor Ghost has released
19 May 2021

Let me start off by saying that I’m a fruity cereal LOVER. Fruit loops, fruity pebbles, etc I can live off of. But this?? No. It’s so hard to drink. My GF actually got sick immediately bc of the taste. It’s WAY too fruity and not in a good way. Like a manufactured fruity. Taste nothing like fruity cereal milk. I’ve had mine for about 2 months now and I refuse to finish the last 1/3 of the container bc of how disgusting and nauseous it makes me. To this day, I haven’t finished one serving of this Fruity Cereal Milk flavor. I try so hard but tell myself I shouldn’t have to suffer with Ghost products. So I dump it down the drain. I haven’t had this in 2 days and just me talking about it is making me nauseous. I love the other flavors they have. Loved the Peanut Butter Cereal Milk and even the regular Cereal Milk flavor was to die for. But this Fruity one....stay away from it. It’s like a bad batch of TUMS. Nothing but chalky, overpowering & manufactured fruity flavor. Can’t wait to get to the store and buy a different flavor so I can have my protein again.
