I can only write this report on my previous same named helmet which was stolen some months ago.My helmet that I ordered from you has not yet arrived. Apparently it is still at the Dandenong sth depot Victoria. It has been there since 23 September.
Love the comfort and that it's, breathable, MIPS, etc. However, the wind-noise is borderline unbearable. Compared it against several helmets. Feel less safe in traffic due to the noise of the helmet.

Excellent helmet. Exceptional value for money. I had budgeted for over $130 and Giant Indooroopilly showed me this one. Well less than $100 for a MIPS helmet is amazing value.The optional flashing light is fantastic too. I always run riding lights, front and rear, and it's super useful as a secondary/spare light.Extremely happy with the purchase. Would get another happily.
I looked into many different helmets.This helmet is rated 5 stars my Virginia Tech.You cannot get a better MIPS helmet for this price, not even close!
Nice sunny Sunday, perfect weekend weather, it was raining 3 days prior. I was riding along my favorite paved trail, which runs right along a small river. I'm going ~25 mph down an underpass, there's a small (4 feet) and thin layer (1 inch) of dried out mud from the previously overflowed river, turns out only the surface of the mud is dried, it's still wet underneath. Rear wheel skids and my bike somehow gets yeeted from underneath me. I'm now moving with both forward and downward momentum. Instinctively put my hands down, 1 carpal dislodged and 1 metacarpal broken in left hand, right hand and knees lit with road rash. Still moving forward and downward, hands give out, my head+helmet has a blunt impact on the concrete ground. Smooth outer layer of helmet skids along the concrete, road rash on right side of face. Body in shock, I come to my senses a few minutes later. Never have I ever been so grateful that I was wearing a helmet! This helmet absolutely, 100% saved my noggin. I only got away with a headache which I slept off and am typing this review with one hand. I genuinely endorse this product.In hindsight, I was wearing the helmet straps with about 3 fingers gap, I will reduce it to at most 2 in the future. Giant has a helmet crash replacement policy, but honestly, this helmet is cheap enough that I'm gonna get another on of this same model rather than go through the trouble of boxing, shipping and doing the paperwork for it. Can't say the same for my Escape Disc 2 bike though- drivetrain is ruined, brake cables is poking out at weird angles. Wish Giant had some crash replacement policy for my bike.

A complete win in my view. The 5-star safety rating and the great price are the big draws for this helmet. Unbeatable! I appreciate the simple, no-frills, clean look. Love the tail light mount too!
