Bought this as an add on to the set up I already have. It came fully charged and ready to use. In the space of time I've had it, (nearly 2 months) it's never gone flat on me. I would get a second battery in a flash!

I think this is a very good product, however delivery practices need overhauling. The battery was delivered upside down causing fluid to leak from battery. Still no answer to my question if this will cause the battery to be faulty or will reduce battery life

Deep cycle battery for caravan

We bought this Giants 100ah deep cycle battery to replace the old one in our caravan. Its big & heavy but just squeezed into the spot. Not been in use yet but should be fine.

Excellent performance

Performs well and seems very well sealed. It is very heavy though (30kg), so it isn't not easily carried about in its portable box (separate purchase) by this grey nomad.

Functions perfectly

So far, the battery has functioned perfectly for me (used to power my back up sump pump system). Easy to install and was the correct size I needed. Best price I found.

Giants. 100 ah agm

Wont charge fully only to 35 amp he. Load. Tested.

Good battery, good price, but most likely 110Ah not 140Ah.

Good battery for the price. Works well and ran my freezer for 2 nights (around 16 hours) without a charge. But I don't believe this is a 140Ah battery, based on the weight and performance, it's more likely about 110Ah. Still pretty good for the price but just keep that in mind when buying.

Great battery

Great battery for the price, holds charge well when not in use (longer than my century marine pro). Have used for charging phones and running led lights and the smarttek shower water pump while camping and the 300w sunyee solar panel kept it topped up during the day, even on cloudy days. Also using for charging various 12v appliances at home. Just give it a full charge with a 240v multi stage smart charger when it arrives, after each use/trip and then every few weeks when not in use.

Physical interchangeability.

Physical interchangeability with the standard 100 A.H. AGM battery as used in a lot of caravans and motorhomes is of huge benefit when also recharged via solar P.V. system. More available power gives an acceptable extra time of use. The small purchase price differential gives great value. Long term viability should be the expected minimum of 5 years or more.
