I purchased this chainsaw with high hopes. The initial starting took some effort! Yes I did cut some timber I had in my yard. However since then I've spent three days trying to start it !!!Yes I have mixed the fuel at 25:1 and I've checked the spark plug.... yes there is a spark !!My right arm is getting sore from pulling the start cord !!I'll accept any terms and conditions and privacy policy so long as some one solves my problem with the "GIANTZ chainsaw. (CSAW- 58CC-20IN-RDWH) regards from an unhappy online customer !! :-(

The chainsaw arrived in a cardboard box which could have been sturdier but was undamaged.The instruction book was very poorly detailed and the spanner for tightening the chain blade nuts was the wrong size.The plastic chain and chainbar sleeve was for a 20" blade but the chain saw has a 22" blade.Other than those minor details its a very good buy and am very pleased with it particularly how easy it is to start.

I purchased this chainsaw with high hopes. The initial starting took some effort! Yes I did cut some timber I had in my yard. Nice light weight saw to use Chain is excellent. Have trouble restarting after it has been used & turned off probably have to wait 23-30mins Frustrating. Not as good as the first one we purchased.
Cover had a crack when delivered fine but on first use the exhaust melted the kick back brake other then that nice bar nice chain and it cut my one load of wood easy and manual keeps on about warranty well where do I find it!!
For the price, ya canna beat it! Started right out of the box and put to work. If it lasts a few seasons I'll be sweet. If not. Well..., I'll just bloody buy another one!! They're cheap enough!!
Chainsaw a disaster from new and is currently being replaced. They also said it has an easy start mechanism which it did not
Received the saw in good condition,started well not used it yet for cutting wood,extras were good,just the bar cover,unable to use it,the inside fused together preventing me from using it.apart from that happy so far.
Thanks guys very powerful saw easy to start and very good value
