I cannot say enough good things about RushOrder Tees!!! When you are searching a site, and you don't know what to expect- believe me when I say go with this company!! They make it so easy to design a shirt, and they make sure (step by step) that you approve before it gets processed! Very easy to work with between texts and emails and calls! No doubts at all! When I received the shirts I was overwhelmingly pleased with the quality, the material, the exactness of what I approved!! Soon, I will be ordering more shirts for our organization, and will absolutely stay with RushOrder Tees!! They are the best!!

Love the quality of the shirt. Am very disappointed in the placement of the logo on the front of the shirt. It should be lower and more towards the center of the shirt, like where a pocket would go. The logo is in my armpit and is scrunched. Real bummer. This was discussed and sent for approval. The final draft does not replicate itself on the t-shirt. Also thought they were silk screened. Not an iron-on that is eventually going to crack and peel off. Very poor material used for the logo.I paid good money for something I’m not very happy with. I absolutely appreciate that RushOrderTees occupies the middle ground between Cafe Press and my local screen printing shop. No complaint there. I've done both. Cafe Press is garbage. My local screen print shop is wonderful except they will only do large runs, and I need to produce my own art and then carry it in. I went to art school, and frankly, much of my education was just creating a logo and then sorting through fonts, to the point of exhaustion, to achieve that perfect "look and feel".RushOrderTees is perfect for anyone with a creative or ironic project they would like to share with others, with minimal effort. And also for those who can afford $30 for a single T-shirt.My only complaint (and I make it lightly)... And it could have been remedied by simply choosing a darker ink for the garment. I would suggest you need to include a secondary review, or further scrutiny of the design production, and with the customer. It's obvious you are performing some sort of review to prevent plagiarism or offensive designs already. That should be expanded to be beneficial for the customer.
Hi. Looks like things have changed at Rushorder as you have grown so has the service and quality. We received our order and it took the longest ever in our many orders from your company. Also, the image is now on a piece of plastic that looks like it was ironed on as opposed to it being screened on the surface of the T. There was included instructions to only wash inside out which tells me that this image will degrade more rapidly than in the past. I would not have ordered if I realized that the image would be different than what it was before which was a quality image screened on a quality T shirt. That seems to have changed and I think I may need to look elsewhere for my next order.
We needed to get a couple product samples to help us decide which sort of shirt we wanted to go with for some new designs for our company. The process moved along exactly as specified. Uploading and tweaking designs was easy and understandable. (Except I can't find a good way to delete designs I don't want anymore...that part seems opaque.) The shirts were done well and it gave us what we needed to move ahead with an order for a couple hundred shirts.The initial order was only to check feel/fit between two different lines, and to see the print quality. We were satisfied on both counts.
I began designing and printing T-shirts for my ukulele group this year. I found shirt max through an online search. The first thing that caught my attention was the good price. My group wanted Gildan shirts so I ordered a few as samples and the group liked them. Since then I have made several orders, and using dark iron on transfers created several designs. My latest order was to create red Christmas shirts. As always I have been happy with the ease of ordering, quality and prompt delivery.
I am comparing this Gildan Heavy cotton shirt to the Gildan Ultra cotton. While the two shirts start out about the same size, after washing in warm water the Gildan Heavy Cotton shrinks considerably in the length. The Heavy cotton looses about 4-5 cm in length. The width of the shirt stays consistent. The same thing has happened on two different batches of shirts ordered over a year apart. The "shrunken" length is still probably adequate for most people, but many may find the length ending up borderline and I expect too short for tall people.
I do not hate the shirt they made. Just due to how highly Rush speaks of themselves, I expected better. It took 15 days to receive my shirt. Which is not bad, just average. And these design had an obvious defect due to how the software aligned object. Due to the next phase of the process once i submit, is for the design to reviewed by their design team, I thought they would help me fix this, since it was being reviewed for a week. But no. It was printed exactly as the software drew it up. Which wasn't terrible, just very disappointing due to how much Rush talks themselves up. If they did not get my expectations up so high they would have a better review.
The t shirt quality was good. The turn around time was fantastic. I was on a tight deadline and was able to get my small order without having to expedite. Communication was very prompt although I did not like the format for sending messages regarding the order. They did stay on top of everything though. Only giving 4 stars because I thought these would be printed t shirts but unfortunately they are vinyl. Still a great value and easy to order/ customize.
