Before I ordered hundreds of shirts, I decided to only order two, to check the quality of the shirt and accuracy of the print: #7092237 - WOMENS SHIRT, and #7092239 - MENS SHIRT. I submitted a vector (EPD) drawing of our logo just as I always have in the past. However, when you sent the logo to me to proof, I could see right away that it was not right. I emailed you and tried to call, but before I knew it, I received an email saying the shirts have moved to production. I received both shirts several days apart, but both were misprinted.I filed a claim with you for both shirts and submitted a different vector drawing (PDF) and you reprinted both shirts and sent them to me: #7092785 - WOMENS REPRINT and #7093163 - MENS REPRINT. The WOMENS REPRINT looked great, and I am ready to order lots of those. However, the MENS REPRINT, while the logo looked great, was crooked on the shirt. I then filed a second claim for the MENS REPRINT, and you reprinted a second time and sent it to me: #7093508 - MENS 2ND REPRINT.I was shocked, disappointed and very frustrated when I received #7093508 - MENS 2ND REPRINT only to find that the logo is once again crooked on the shirt. I have now filed a 3rd claim on this MENS SHIRT, and I am wondering what exactly is going on over there.Do you not want my business? I checked prices on 4Imprint.com and while they also offer low prices on shirts, I would much rather continue purchasing my band’s T-shirts from Ooshirts.com for the reasons I mentioned above. I got into a pinch with another screen printing company when they revealed that they couldn’t have my order to me for a month. I found Bolt & turned my artwork in. The setup time was s bit slower than I expected & when I called to check, Katie would tell me, “don’t worry, we’ve got this”. Because I had no history w/ Bolt I was starting to get worried - that clock kept moving forward.The shirts entered production & then shipped. How many days would it take? Then, WAMMO! , big boxes on the front porch. Super fast shipping. The shirts looked incredible & are very well done. A great purchase & I will 100% use Bolt again! 👍🏼😀

Love my shirts. I get complimented on them a lot

I ordered 2 sleeveless shirts of my favorite band, and I couldn't be more amped over how they came out.The ordering process was smooth and allowed me to upload my own designs. After I placed the order they reached out to me to show me how the designer had modified the images so that they would blend seamlessly into the color shirt I had chosen, and how it would fit on the shirt.I actually got the shirts several weeks ago and I've been wearing them a lot. Every time I do I have the thought that I should email them to let them know how good of a job the designer did, but I procrastinate and forget things with incredible efficiency. Ok let my start by saying 5 star to customer service Mrs. Catherine was awesome with solving my issue. She responded back very quickly if she was unaware of something she found out for me. Now about the transfer I recently bought oh my I was so excited about the next day turn around and no set up fee let me tell you. I pressed my prints the same day I received them and they peeled like butter. Awesome colors I pressed my image on a pink and a black hoodie the pink hoodie came out beautifully the black hoodie came out great but a slight change in the color but still beautiful.Jiffy offers on white DTF powered at this time. I will be ordering more DTF prints. You can and can't always go by the reviews Please try them for yourself. Poor quality

Not great quality. When I got them there were threads hanging from the seams, when I held it up to the light I could see how loose the weave was, the texture was fuzzy, and the shirts are rough and weirdly inflexible. It says 100 percent cotton but I'm not sure. The tags say Gildan 5000s but they can't be the same Gildan 5000s that people use for their print-on-demand merchandise. But they were 2.79 each so I guess that means you don't have to provide a wearable shirt. I thought about returning them but I guess I can use some as guinea pigs for my designs and test the others to see how long they last before wearing out (they're kind of already worn out in my opinion). I bought probably five different colors and would say they are all about the same quality; bad.

Smells, stiff, itchy, and shrank.

I purchased 8 shirts on 5/24/2024. The red one arrived early. It took 3 washes to get the smell out. I had to wash the other seven today because I tried to wear the light blue shirt and had a headache for 24 hours. I soaked them in some ALL detergent that's scented then washed them. I'm allergic to scents. They still smell. They are stiff, itchy and they shrank. The XL shirts are bigger on me so it might be OK. None of these things should happen with 100% cotton!
