Gillette 3 Pack Venus Sensitive Disposable Razors

So, recently I was running low on Gillette refill blades and I still had some for a Schick Qattro. I decided to try shaving with the Schick blade I had. However, it was leaving rough patches all over my face with a fresh blade and generally just not cutting my facial hair very well. And keep in mind, I am a blonde-haired guy with thinner facial hair typically. So, not liking my shaving experience with the Schick, I popped an old refill blade into a Gillette5 and it totally out-performed the Schick hands down. I could definitely feel the difference. I have used the Venus Disposable Razors by Gillette for several years and the quality of the shave I feel has not improved. One razor consists of 4 parallel sharp blades, and each blade has a protective hard plastic cover for safety purposes. Initially when using the razor on wet skin it glides really well and takes the hair off the skin pretty well but unfortunately it only lasts for 2 or 3 shaves. It is suitable to be used under the arms, legs and on the bikini line area. The handle has a tough grip to hold for safety reasons as the blades are very sharp. The razor is portable and can fit in a small bag for overnight stays out of the home. The price of the packet is quite expensive for a pack of 3 blades compared to other brands.

I bought these razors a couple years ago and have yet to go back. They have an awesome grip, which makes shaving easier. Instead of having to worry about the soapy water with a slippery grip, these razors eliminate that fear. The razor head is sharp but safe and has a safety cover for when storing. Since I have traveled a lot this year, I have realized how helpful that aspect is. I can throw the razor in a bag of other things and it doesn’t scrape or scratch anything else because of the safety cover. Overall, I highly recommend this razor!!

I don’t believe the five blade razors work any better than the three blade razors made by Gillette, or any other company. so why pay more for a five blade razor? These disposable razors last, per each, on average about a week. The added large strip of glide substance makes shaving go faster. I don’t know whether the claims of the microbial strip on the razor head really works or not but it’s relatively new and the price has not increased so nothing to complain about. The design is very ergonomic which I especially like. The covers over the razor head come off easily but won’t fall off if they’re being set down or moved around. When I saw this razor I did not think it would be able to shave the dark and thick hair I have especially on my leg. My skin is also very sensitive and in the past I got razors that were disposable too but that ended up leaving my skin even more dry and giving me cuts on the first use (also because my skin is sensitive and dry on my legs) HOWEVER THESE ARE AMAZING! with my first use I shaved not only my super hairy legs, but also my thighs, stomach, my crotch area and more. The only razors I use!

I LOVE these Venus Gillette disposable sensitive razors! They are the only razors I use, and have used, for years now!! I have tried switching to other brands before but other razors have always irritated my skin, and needed to be tossed immediately after just using once. I have never had that problem with Venus Gillette Sensitive disposable razors. I can safely use them for about 5-7 days for each razor before I need to toss them and grab the next one. They work great with shaving gel or shaving cream, and in a pinch with body wash! The lubricating strips on these razors work great!
