I love this razor. I used it to shave my face, head, and arms and it was very smooth ever with coarse thick hair like that of my scalp. The razor didn’t endlessly clog with hair and stayed sharp and precise for a long time.I will definitely purchase this razor in future as it is one of the best I have tried.

Along with the rest of Melbourne, I'm currently in lockdown. I tried the Gillette Aqua Razor a week into lazily growing my facial hair, giving it a real test. The Gillette Aqua Razor worked great, cutting through a week's worth of growth without problem. The safety blades didn't nick my skin at all, and the hydrating gel strip helped keep my skin ready to be shaved. The only shortcoming I'd say is that the gel strip didn't last too long, but that may be more about the amount of growth it had to cut through than a limitation of the product itself.

The razor glides very well over my face and curves are pretty even as well.The tilt mechanism of the razor is quite good and smooth too.The protective cover on the blade felt a bit strange as it feels like I'm about to pull out the razor head, but over time I got used to it.It did come with an extra blade which was pretty good.I believe this is a good razor for someone who like to have a close shave and shaves quite often like 3 times a week or more.Although it's a good razor I found it does not work for me as the 5 blades give too much of a smooth shave.As the blade cuts in 5 levels it also leave room for the hair to grow faster.

The Gillette Aqua Razor is a well-designed product, which, when using an appropriate shaving gel leaves me with a close shave. I have particularly sensitive skin and I am prone to razor rash, so I am very particular in the types of razors I buy and have been using the same type (a competitor) for a long time.Seeing as though this razor provided me with no issues and a close shave I will be purchasing the Gillette Aqua in future for personal use.
I didn't particularly like the handle. I preferred my old fusion 5 handle.Think I preferred the fusion 5 cartridge too, not that there seems to be that much difference in the cartridge.I'd stick with Gillette, but just get one of their other razors for myself.
I liked the look and feel of this razor. The handle is great but comparing the actual razor part with my current coles branded razor - I find there is no comparison in terms of precision. This looks better and is pricier but for what I use it for, it’s not the best. A good razor but u fortunately did not work for me.
I was expecting it to have more than 5 blades. I currently use the DSC executive blade with 6 blades plus one on the tip for precise trimming. The feel from that is better than the test unit provided. I am happy to retest it. Also, the lubrication does not last long and dissipates within the first shave compared to the DCS blade, which lasts 5 days
Great little razor. It shaves really well and as I have sensitive skin it didn't leave a rash. The only issue I found was that I shave in the shower and the razor was hard to rinse under the shower. I tried it in the sink on another day and it cleaned easily.
On first view of this razor I thought it didn't look any different to others, however, when I used the razor it glided across my face & unlike others didn't get caught or pull on my stubble. It produced a very smooth shave and didn't dry out my skin like other blades have. This is now my go to razor.
A very sharp razor stack got through even the coarsest hair. I used it mainly in the shower on all hair head to toe and found the Wetgrip handle stood up to its name. Incredibly firm grip that dosnt even try to slip. The blades stood up to quite a lot of shaving before the blades needed replacing. The handle held onto the blade cartridge without issue, not once popping off mid shave. A tidy razor all around, would highly recommend.
