I have a very sensitive neck and always found shaving that area left the skin sore and irritated. I started using the standard SkinGuard a couple of years ago and found it excellent. The razor left no soreness and gave a great result. I didn't think it could have been improved on but, the new SkinGuard Sensitive is even better. With either of the SkinGuard blades, shaving is no longer a painful chore and something I actually look forward to, especially with the SkinGuard Sensitive.

You don’t need to use a lot of the gel when applying before you shave. Which is great because it saves you a lot of money. The gel foams up pretty quick when you rub it on. When you start to shave with a fusion 5 razor or another good quality razor the process is so quick and simple. When you’re done with the shave just rinse your face and the gel leaves a COOLING effect. There’s really no need for after shave cream either because it smells great and does that exact same job for you.. but that’s just your personal preference.

No burning feeling that I’ve noticed, so the blades seemed to be able to work with less friction (I’m guessing that’s why I had less razor bumps?!) The gel rinses off clean and leaves my skin feeling smooth.On a scale of 1 to 5 I’d like to give it a 4.5 because my complaint with all shave gels is that the container designs lend to there being waste of shave gel. Extra gel continues to seep out way after you’re done. This is true with all brands. So for that reason only I rounded up to a 5-Star rating. This is the best shave gel I have come across in 15 years. Maybe you will see similar results too.
