Gillette Venus extra smooth green women’s razor is a good razor. It’s easy to use and doesn’t pull your hair it actually leaves a smooth shave and soft legs. It’s affordable but I would recommend only shaving with it a couple times because the razor blades dull easily.

I have tried many razors over the years and i have never been able to find one that i was completely satisfied with...until now. This shaver gives me the cleanest, closest shave and lasts a long time, I can use the same cartridge for about 2 weeks and I shave my head and face.No other system has ever lasted me more than a week without getting too dull to use. Gillette has always made the best quality razors, in my opinion. I have been using the Gillette Venus sensitive disposable razors since last 4 years. They do a fine job shaving my hands and legs. They come with a 3 curve-hugging blades which makes it easy to shave around elbows and knees. They have a SkinElixir Lubrastrip for smooth gliding over the skin. They can be used on sensitive skin. Be gentle when you start shaving with a new razor. Also exfoliate your skin for better results.

Kroger Mach 3 compatible blade - excellent blades.

This review is for the Kroger brand version of the Mach 3. I suggest that you try them if you can find them. For the low price I expected less but they seem as sharp as the Gillette brand and I'm getting shaves just as good with no pulling for much less than half the price. I'm also getting about the same number of shaves per blade. Being skeptical I started out with one pack of 10 blades as a trial, and after using them stocked up with another 12 packs at a huge cost savings over Gillette. Prior to this I would only buy Gillette. My supply of Krogers will last for years (!) but when I need more I'll definitely look for them again. Saved quite a bit by buying now. Not as much shave but cut.

These are supposed to be Gillette Mach 3 Tubo blades, so far two of them have cut my face, which should not happen, especially using for the first time. Having used genuine ones for many years these blades do not shave me as they should. I believe they are not their product. I still have some genuine ones and they still give me a good shave.

Still needed in the 5-Blade Era for Beard/Clean Shave Guys

If you're a Fusion user but likes to grow Beards, Goatees or even just a Mustache periodically, YOU NEED a Mach 3 or Sensor after you buzz down that Facial Hair with a Beard Trimmer. No blade spacing on a Fusion; would clog up HORRIBLY First Stroke on a first-shave-after-beard-trimmer attempt; therefore, have never attempted it. Same blade spacing--ACTUAL SPACE--on a Sensor and Mach 3 and Mach 3's are more avail since Sensor's date back to 1990 and; the Mach 3 IS THE BASIS of the Fusion--just two blades stuck in-between with MINIMAL gap compared to the triple from Gillette--blade spacing is almost IDENTICAL on a Sensor and Mach 3; bigger head, the real benefit being a simpler pivot. Very disappointed.

I've been using Gillette for 30 years now but this is the first time that I'm actually disappointed with their Mach 3 turbo cartridge. It's advertised that the cartridge lasts up to 15 shaves but it's not true. After the 4th or 5th shave the blue strip breaks. then it becomes rougher to use forcing me to change the cartridge too soon. I've tried several cartridges and it's all the same, it breaks after 4 or 5 shaves. See picture attached. I've been using Mach 3 with the green strip which was very smooth and lasted much longer. But I couldn't find it anymore so I switched to this one. Please bring back the green strip!
