I have been making my family sushi for years and I used to use another brand that we were not happy with as it was inconsistent quality. I bought this GimMe brand and it is the best quality sushi nori I have found. The taste is fabulous and it makes the sushi taste amazing. The whole family loves it and this brand has become the go to brand to use for sushi. We love this roasted seaweed the best as the roasted gives it the right texture that we love. I bought these at Whole Foods originally but then they stopped carrying them. I brought another brand from Emerald Cove Untoasted instead. I hated the Emerald Cove Untoasted but I like the Emerald Cove Toasted however it tastes too salty. I didn’t think there was a difference until I tried all three of those. I prefer Gimme Organic because it’s not too salty and taste delicious. Gimme Organic contains less sodium than Emerald Cove and you can taste the difference. Gimme Organic is just so tasty that I will always buy this brand.
