I bought the Queen size for my guest room while they are staying at our place during winter. It works well. Keeps them warm during cold nights in Melbourne. This is the 3rd time I bought a Giselle brand electric blanket. Good value for money, great features. I would recommend it.

I have plugged this in and the controllers light up however blanket is not heating up at all. The instructions say to hold the on off button for 3 seconds but this does nothing. I have selected temperature and time but no response from the blanket.

This blanket is desgined terribly. Where the remote connects to the blanket, theres a huge plastic node that is on the edge of the blanket, right where I climb into bed and it's such a hazard. I have hurt myself on it so many times! Why couldn't it be located on the corner of the bed?What an awful design!Plus the light doesn't turn off automatically, I have to switch it to off or else the light on the display screen is on forever.I am really unhappy with the design of this blanket. I am going to give it away and get a new one.Don't get this if you don't want to hurt yourself

Bought because of the price and needs required such as automatic off-timer (very good) and washability (also great, hand washing)Issues per my 15 yr old ASD client: it resets the temperature to a lower temperature. Eg: I turn on at 9, but when I check 10 mins later it's set at temp 7 or less.The blanket collects any lint, dust, crumbs, that come near it making it harder to wash. Fine if you're into hand washing.Overall for the price v washability and safety 100%. Would recommend.

Awesome!

Great quality. Best electric blanket I've had. Been using for a week now. Timer setting is excellent. Lasts the whole night. Highest temperature setting is toasty, not super hot like other ones but perfect temperature and consistent across the entire length of my body. Helps with my lower back pain, especially in the cold winter we are having.

Better than expected

I was surprised by the quality and comfort. Great controller which is easy to use. Unfortunately the controller is on the left, and i wanted a controller on the right. Overall great for the price!

Blanket is awesome. Fits perfectly on our pillow top queen matress, covers the entire top of the matress and heats a big majority of where you lay from your pillow to about 10cm short of the bottom of the bed and from right near the edge to the center of the bed! Worth every cent, its very soft too and the timer is a great idea. You can change it anywhere from 1 to 12 hours that its on for(in 1 hr increments) and im very happy with it! Cheers.

Warm, cosy and safe

The electric blanket meets my requirements for safety as I wanted one that had an hourly timer on it. We dont like to sleep with it on but with cold nights it is nice to get into a warm bed and leave it on for a bit. If we should fall asleep quickly it is reassuring to know the blanket will switch off in an hour or so. I love the soft cover and the secure fit. The plug connection however, is hard on ones shoulder. It would have been better on the underside of the blanket. Otherwise, perfect!
