Nothing on the product, it's packaging or the paperwork that came with it matches the advertisement it was purchased from. I am not unhappy with the mattress. A little too firm, but comfortable and even. Reasonably well made. Only 31 cm thick. Made in China. Reasonable value for money. Just not sure it is what I ordered. Poor marketing. Questionable supplier.

We purchased this mattress for our child who constantly tossed and turned all night and they have slept so soundly since we purchased it. It is an amazing mattress so comfy it has such a soft pillow top, I loved it myself so much that we have also purchased the king size. This mattress is worth the money it is well made,well packaged it is soft but not too much i belive the med rating on this mattress is spot on and not at all hard and is definitely worth every penny i spent on it so very pleased.

Excellent mattress. This was my third Gisellle mattress. Really comfy to sleep on. Quality stitching. Just be mindful of the thickness of the mattress. Buy fitted sheet accordingly. Ikea sheets wont fit or any European designed and made sheets.

Purchased this as an upgrade to a double for my son (11 years old) he says this us comfortable and soft, he doesn’t want to get out of bed! This is my 2nd giselle mattress purchased and you can’t fault the quality. It’s well made, the fabric is all in tact and manufactured overall, really well. I’ve owned far more expensive mattresses and giselle comes out equal in terms of longevity and quality. My deal came out to the cheapest after reviewing online. Won’t be the last purchase I make from Giselle bedding.

You sent the wrong one - I contacted, you then sent the correct one. I didn't want to send back to you as I needed your correct address and I feel I shouldn't pay return postage as it was not my fault. I tried over and over to make contact with you and was not able to speak to anyone so I still have the incorrect one. Comfortable

Slept on it first time . Had a good night’s sleep firm but not hard. Have back problems and woke up feeling refreshed and back felt good. First time in a long while I felt comfortable in bed.Worried about buying something like this on line but satisfied with my purchase.

Convenient bed in box

Very thick and firmer than I anticipated. Its comfortable enough but different to an inner spring mattress, you do sink into the mattress after a while, and it's quite heavy to move, but very convenient home delivery in box. Not bad for the price, although I later found the same mattress cheaper at other online outlets. Shop around.

It's quite a firm mattress

I needed help to carry it into the house it is quite heavy, getting it out of the box was quite a challenge on my own, and unwrapping it was ok, it was amazing watching it expand to it's rightfully size.It took 2or 3 nights sleeping on it to get used to it, my original one was over 20 yrs old. But now I think it is a great mattress and the price including shipping was excellent.I'm very happy with my purchase, thankyou

This mattress was to be in the spare guest bedroom in my daughter's apartment but my daughter has exchanged her old mattress for this one.

The comfort and value of this mattress is unbelievably good - no really! This is the fourth mattress I have sourced from this company and my guests and now my daughter love the quality and comfort. As I said above, this mattress for the spare room in her home was to be an occasional bed mattress for guests but she exchanged it and put her old Freedom mattress in the guest room. I made her bed yesterday morning whilst she was at the gym and I lay on the mattress and it is like the one I paid supremely more for at my home and which I am more than happy with! Will definitely buy again

I am writing this review after using the bed for about a month now and I can definitely say we are so happy with this purchase. Very comfortable, love the pillow top and the mattress suited us perfectly. Best value for money, fast delivery, and quick setup. We did allow 48 hours before we started using it as per the instructions.We can honestly say that we love this mattress more than our previous one which we paid about four times the price. As per many people reading this, we had our doubts if this mattress would be any good if it’s this cheap… but I trusted the reviews and guess what? I have now recommended this to family and friends.
