Great mattress at a great price. I purchased this for my child and its perfect and very comfortable and good quality. I wanted all memory foam as I think thats better for young bodies and I was not disappointed with this!

The mattress is great quality! It is really comfortable. The removable mattress cover is also really convenient as it makes it very easy to wash. The delivery was fast.

Very comfy but the off gassing from this mattress is terrible. The chemical smell is still so strong 4 weeks after purchase. Every time I walk past room I can smell the mattress. Very unhappy with the product. Would not purchase again

However, to my surprise it is significantly softer than the mattress we have currently in our spare room.I sent a polite email requesting a resolve as we are obviously not happy with the quality of the mattress and believe it may be a fake or faulty as it’s supposed to be the same but is not. The customer service continues to want to call this a “change of mind” when it is actually faulty or fake product. Refusing to refund or help in anyway. We wanted to be able to send back but unfortunately they won’t accept as we would be physically unable to pack it back into the box due to it being vacuum sealed and rolled on arrival. I am 75 yrs old and am not in good health so comfort from pain is important. I had a Giselle cool gel mattress topper on my expensive electric adjustable bed but the bed was not suitable. So i thought i would try Giselle. I am so glad i did. BUT i have to have the topper still as my weight is a problem. However with Giselle mattress and topper i am sleeping again and able to cut down on pain meds. Problem now is I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE MY BED.
I'm so impressed with this mattress. The quality is great and it is so comfortable. Firm underneath but cushy top. I'm really surprised at how good this is compared to more expensive mattresses. No smell and easy to unpack. Just brilliant for the price.
This mattress shipped out fast and was simple to unpack from the vacuum seal. Instructions state 48 hours to let bed set up but it was ready for use in 12hrs and my 3 year old just loves his new bed! He's actually sleeping in his own bed all night without getting in mine any longer. I have previously purchased this same brand mattress for my daughter's platform bed and was pleased with the comfort so it was a no brainer for her brother's.
I honestly didn't expect that much from his mattress, considering most springless mattresses from other retailers are triple the price or more. But it's actually amazing! It came vacuum-packed in a moving box which was super easy and it just totally unfolded on the bed frame ready to go. It is INSANELY comfortable and extremely sturdy.The seller posted it within two business days and it actually arrived really quickly. 10/10 I'm thoroughly impressed with the whole experience
Very nice. More comfortable than I thought it would be. Comes in a box, you just open and unroll it. Very simple and convenient. Sturdy, yet soft and comfy.
