I purchased this mattress to sit on top of a fold-out sofa bed with a hard and slightly uneven surface. Verdict: way too soft! At this thickness there really needs to be more firmness to the foam. I'm 79kg, and sank into this so much that my arms - being too light to sink as well - ended up laying beside me uncomfortably high. Not to mention the back pain from what this does to one's back overnight. If this is 'medium firm' I cannot imagine what they consider to be 'soft'. Since it is an item that cannot be returned, I'm stuck with this significant expense I really did not need, in addition to having to pay this much again to buy something that actually functions as a mattress. I don't even know what to do with this now.

The Giselle mattress provides no support at all. You probably need a few to not feel like your body is touching the floor. When sit on, you just sunk down like in the photo. I bought the Spinifex one (the blue one in the photo) and you can tell the difference straight away. So I question whether the Giselle mattress is actually made of high density foam as they claimed.

Sensational. Firm and comfortable. I bought it to place inside an Ecosa sofa bed, but it works just as well by itself on the floor. Highly recommended if you like a good firm surface to sleep on.

A good quality foldable mattress

Light weight foldable bed with a springy foam support mattress. It is Not able to be used camping due to the fabric cover which is not waterproof although I would certainly buy a waterproof version of this mattress if one was available.

Comfortable guest mattress

Bought this as a temporary mattress for guests staying for a couple of weeks ended up using it ourself for few nights.Pros:The mattress is pretty comfortable even when laid on floor. Me and my wife both weight under 70kgs.Decent price for a double mattress delivered.Can be folded and used as a temporary lounge, but not much support on the edges. You need to sit in the middle.Cons:It took almost a week for the mattress to expand after opening from vacuum seal package. Even after couple of weeks the edges are not back to their full height.The vendor is unreachable after the sale. Good luck with getting any kind of support if you have issues. They didn't even bother checking if you are at home, they just left the package in the open at the front door.

GOOD - Double Folding Foam Mattress

I recently bought the Double Folding Foam Mattress from Myer and I'm really pleased with it. The mattress is made of high-quality foam, which makes it comfortable and supportive, and it's also very easy to fold and store away. Overall, I think it's a great purchase and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a portable sleeping solution

Good for sleepovers.

A firm foam mattress. Folds well. Comes quite flat and rolled up. It needs to be left laying out flat for a day or two and it fills out. I wanted this as a spare mattress for when the kids have friends come for a sleepover. I put a mattress topper on it for a more comfy nights sleep. My daughter loves laying on it while watching TV. An adult would probably go ok on this for a night or two with a mattress topper.

I had been looking for an extra seat near my heater in winter where at times i would just relax & something that didnt take up much room as a seat but would unfold to a comfy matress for a nap. This portable folding matress is perfect in comfort & size, didnt think i would find something but its exactly what I wanted. Im very happy with it

Lightweight with great features

I liked that it folds and stacks up, and the outer material fabric is removable for washing. The outer fabric is of good quality, not scratchy. It would get 5 stars if the foam is denser. I weigh about 50kg and I can feel the floor when i roll on my sides. But it provides good enough sleep for temporary arrangement. Light weight and easy to carry. I much prefer this to a blow up mattress.

Not fit for purpose

Comes vacuum wrapped in a box. Never regained its full size and capacity despite being left for four days. Absolutely useless as provided no comfort at all. Be wary of this product, it certainly is no good out of the box, and likely never regains its reported dimension The thinest unexpanded areas were only 4 mm thick!!
