Great mattress. Good price. Takes 48+ hours to spring to full height but worth the wait! Flippable as well. Little softer on one side so perfect for breaking in. Great support with no rolling! Even better. Very happy son

I gave you a 4 star as I like the bed, look and quality & value for 36 cm mattress but unfortunately I only got a 30 cm mattress. I followed the instruction and waited for one whole week for the mattress to fully inflate but it did not get any higher, not even to 34 cm.I called up customer service and made a complaint on the mattress as I paid for a 36 cm mattress and only received a 30 cm mattress. To-date, I have not receive any reply. I was given a case number. Please check & give me a reply asap.

This mattress has false advertising! Do not be fooled by the “cool gel” it’s not cool as in coldIt’s cool as in great! Apparently that’s what I was told when I realized that the mattress is so hot! Have not had a full nights sleep since I got it! Terrible customer service - just a bot no humans! Do your research harder before you buy.

Very happy with my new mattress. Plush & very comfortable. So far feels good with my sore back, also Like the idea of the two sided comfort level, so I can try the other side if I need it firmer. Mattress is well made. Purchase was easy, with quick hassle free delivery.

This is an average mattress. I don’t like that it is so soft around the edges so I can’t sit on it to do up my shoes without feeling I’m slipping off. I definitely roll from the middle towards the sides. The egg carton side is rigid and I thought I had been sent the wrong mattress which was not two sided. I wouldn’t buy this mattress if I had tried it out in a shop first.

Comfortable but handles tore off in minutes

Comfortable bed but all handles ripped off within minutes of lifting the mattress and positioning it on to the bed base. The mattress is intended to be moved in and out of a spare room from time to time so this will make it much more difficult. I attempted to contact MYER twice to complain but had no response

Extremely Happy !

Unbelievably happy with this mattress. Was a little nervous because it was so cheap but have had it just over a month and am stoked with how comfortable it is . Definitely happy to recommend. It’s a great price so happy I didn’t spend thousands of dollars .

Giselle 36cm Medium Firm Gel Mattress

Comfortable, supportive, well made and value for money. My preference is for the gel side. Stitched in handles on the corners are useful but I would also like to see a handle in the centre on each side. I would definitely purchase again.
