This is in my spare room, all the guests I have already had have said that the bed is comfortable. I have a mattress protector on it and good quality cotton sheets, which adds to the comfort. There seems to be no side support to the mattress as there is in more expensive mattresses, if you had a bed frame that was boxed in that would be better long term I suspect. It was delivered as they said it would although ringing the bell at the door would have let me know it was there. It is very tightly packed and when you open it, it wants to spring out quickly. I did this on the bed frame and then needed to turn it over due to the way it is rolled. this is no easy task. all in all, this was a good purchase.

I bought this mattress for the spare bedroom as a friend who stays over regularly has a bad back and needed a firmer mattress and this Giselle option has proved to be the perfect answer for her. A quality product at a most reasonable price, thank you!

Excellent mattress. Medium firm . I get a comfortable night's sleep. The best mattress I've ever had at an affordable price.

Well the packing and delivery was all good but I start having back pain after sleeping in this mattress. Not happy at all, first day I thought I slept in wrong position but its been few days but I start having back pain and all. Unsatisfied.

I purchased a new Mattress for the spare room, not only was it remarkably reasonably priced Mattress is also very comfortable as described online on their website Delivery was quick and efficient Packaged nicely with good instructions on how to unroll the shrink wrapped mattress. I'm looking at new Bedding furniture and I will most definitely be shopping at Factory Buys again

Amazing Mattress on a budget!!!!!

Great mattress! Is very firm, It has helped my partner sleep better with his back issues & being a big solid guy, I can finally sleep without rolling/sinking into him & Im not moved when he tosses & turns thanks to the way its designed. On a budget, this is definetely worth it for the price! It came in a long rectangle box that was easy to get upstairs to our bedroom, unbox & roll out. Very happy with this purchase!

Awesome product. Would definitely purchase again. Delivery was very quick. Mattress was in full shape within only a couple of hours.

Dissapointed

This mattress is described as being 'Medium Firm' whereas I think a description of 'Soft' or even 'Very soft' would be more appropriate :(This was the first time I've ordered a mattress without being to try it in a shop. Yes, there was quite a price saving, but only if the mattress was suitable.Sadly this has been an expensive "learning experience" as I need to ditch this mattress and replace it with something substantially firmer.
